Frequently asked questions
Shipping, returns, rewards and membership. For anything else, the Ritual Concierge or the contact page can help.
What is RENUEX?
RENUEX by Angela Simmons is a body-care ritual in four steps, one product each: Cleanse (Body Silk Foaming Shower Oil), Hydrate (Skin Renewal Body Creme), Glow (Ever Glow Body Oil) and Layer (Vibrant Sensual Perfume Oil). Products are sold individually and as two sets: the Self-Care Trio and the Complete Ritual Collection.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then ship standard (5–7 business days) or expedited (2–3 business days). We currently ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
Every order has a 90-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy, email info@renuexbyangelasimmons.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery. Full details, including return shipping, are on the Refund Policy page.
How do rewards work?
Inner Circle members earn rewards, shown in dollars: $1.00 for creating an account, $0.50 for completing your profile, $3.00 on your birthday, $2.50 for buying the Complete Ritual Collection, $7.50 for joining a subscription, and $0.75, $1.50 or $3.00 for a written, photo or video review. A reward for a purchase unlocks 30 days after it; from then on you can move it to store credit from your account, in blocks of $5.00, and spend it at checkout. A balance expires after 365 days with no account activity.
What happens to my rewards if I return something?
A refund reverses the matching reward. If a reward has already unlocked and been spent as store credit by the time a return is processed, reversing it can take the account balance negative — that is expected, not a billing error. See the Refund Policy for how returns work.
How do referrals work?
Share your referral link from your account. When a friend buys the Complete Ritual Collection through it as their first order, you each earn $2.50. Theirs unlocks 30 days after the order and yours after 90.
How does the ritual membership work?
Choose a delivery every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. The membership price is shown on the product page before you add it. You can skip, pause, or cancel from your account at any time. Pausing stops future renewal charges until you resume; cancelling stops them permanently. Orders already charged will still ship. Changing the interval is a request rather than a self-serve setting today.
Where is my order?
Sign in to the account to see recent orders, or ask the Ritual Concierge once signed in. Signed out, we cannot look an order up from an email or order number, so signing in is the fastest way.
How do I get in touch with a person?
The Ritual Concierge hands any question it cannot answer to a person. You can also email info@renuexbyangelasimmons.com directly, or use the contact page.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email info@renuexbyangelasimmons.com as soon as possible. Orders can begin processing quickly, so a change or cancellation isn't always possible once it's been placed.
What if my package arrives damaged, or I didn't get what I ordered?
Email info@renuexbyangelasimmons.com with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
I didn't get an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check spam, junk and promotions folders first. If it's still not there, email info@renuexbyangelasimmons.com with the address you used to order.
